The targeted hiring range for this position is $11.54 - $15.07 per hour depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. More information about the specific salary range and benefits for your location will be discussed during the hiring process.

Job Description

Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional hospitality? The Port, Red Wing's distinct cocktail lounge, is looking for talented and enthusiastic servers to join our team.

At The Port, we take pride in providing top-notch service in a warm, welcoming, and elevated atmosphere. Our team is dedicated to crafting unforgettable dining and cocktail experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Essential Duties: 

  • Serve multiple tables of Guests simultaneously as determined by management.
  • Check Guests' identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations.
  • Work in team environment and communicate with Team Members and Guests.
  • Perform preparatory duties as assigned (e.g., polishing and folding).
  • Work in compliance with Liquor Certification training. 
Qualifications

Ability to demonstrate good verbal, written, and communication skills with attention to detail and interpersonal relationships with guests and employees is required.
