Job description

Port City Nissan is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our award-winning dealership in Portsmouth, NH. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting dealership billing, titling, and payoff processes.
$22-$27 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Bill vehicle deals accurately and in a timely manner
  • Process and manage vehicle titles
  • Communicate with state agencies regarding title and registration matters
  • Manage lien and payoff processing
  • Maintain compliance with dealership and state requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and organization of all billing and title documentation

Qualifications
  • Previous titling experience
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Dealertrack experience a plus
  • MaximTrak experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
