Job description

Description of the role:

We are seeking experienced Porsche Service Technicians to join our team for our brand new Porsche store at Mills Auto Group in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Porsche Service Tech, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Porsche vehicles to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Performing diagnostic tests and identifying vehicle malfunctions
  • Repairing and replacing vehicle parts and components
  • Conducting routine maintenance and inspections
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a service technician, preferably with Porsche, Audi or VW vehicles
  • ASE certification or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and technology
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
