Job description

Overview
The Bakery Clerk II is responsible for upholding our high standard of service by ensuring guest product is prepared, packaged, and labeled per order. This position is responsible for managing the production of artisan, pastry and/or popcorn products, if applicable to retail location. This includes baking specialty artisan breads and pastry products, popping and packaging specialty popcorn flavors, and ensuring bakery products are fully stocked with fresh product and appealing to guests.
The Bakery Clerk II is responsible for providing continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, ensuring superior quality and freshness of all artisan, pastry and popcorn products, ensuring products are fully stocked, creating appealing product presentation displays to attract guests, actively engaging guests through freshly prepared product samples and suggestive selling, attracting guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere, and understanding all health, safety and sanitation regulations. They will also be responsible for taking special orders, answering the telephone and assisting guests at the counter.
