Position Summary
Brookside Country Club is seeking an energetic, attentive, and customer-focused Poolside Server to provide exceptional service to members and guests in our pool and outdoor lounge areas. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering a high level of hospitality while helping create a fun and relaxing poolside experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests promptly and courteously in the pool and lounge areas
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
  • Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their visit
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside service stations and seating areas
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Monitor guest needs and respond proactively to requests
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of poolside service areas

Qualifications
