Job description

The Assistant Poolside Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting the Poolside Food & Beverage Manager with all food and beverage operations across the resorts pool deck venues. This role ensures a seamless, high-quality guest experience while leading daily operations, managing colleagues, and maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and operational excellence.
This dynamic leader will drive colleague engagement, maintain strong cost controls, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Hyatt brand standards and operating procedures.
Salary Range - $66,100 - $95,700
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with all food and beverage outlets and service areas located on the resort pool deck, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, forecasting, and training of colleagues.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and service quality through active floor presence and engagement with both guests and team members.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all Hyatt brand standards and operating procedures are followed consistently.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
  • Support special events, holiday operations, and seasonal programming occurring on the pool deck.
