Summary:
Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort is the first resort for the Andaz brand. Situated on Maui's premier southwestern coastline, the 15-acre beachfront resort will be located along Mokapu Beach in Wailea, one of the most sought after leisure and resort destinations in the world. The luxury resort community of Wailea includes a 1.2 mile-long oceanfront beach path connecting five crescent-shaped, golden-sand beaches, a premier shopping center and distinguished restaurants.
The Dual License Massage Therapist and Esthetician will be responsible for delivery of exceptional services to our guest that will include facials, waxing, massage therapy, body scrubs and wraps. This position may be required to perform services poolside and/or beachside as well as inside the spa.
In addition to providing outstanding spa services to guests, the Dual License Massage Therapist and Esthetician will be required to restock treatment rooms per standard before and after treatments and back of house space, assist in folding and sorting laundry, cleaning and sanitizing.
This position may also require assisting guests throughout the spa facility as needed per management's discretion, i.e., greeting guests in the lounge, or locker rooms and sharing information about services and experiences throughout the hotel. The hourly rate of this position is $16. This position is also eligible to earn commissions, tips and/or service charges.
This role will be eligible for the following benefits, after meeting initial eligibility times:
