About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Seasonal Poolside Massage Therapist who is energized by working outdoors and excited to deliver exceptional massage experiences in a vibrant, resort-style poolside setting. This unique seasonal role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys sunshine, fresh air, and creating moments of relaxation while performing massage and body treatments with the highest level of professionalism and care. Join a dynamic spa team and contribute to a culture of excellence while delivering the thoughtful, personalized service that defines the Four Seasons experience.
What you will do
  • The ability to provide professional massage for any client that includes any treatments that are listed on our Poolside Spa menu.
  • The ability to pay special attention to the guests/customers' needs in an appointment.
  • Product and treatment knowledge as to what services are offered and the products that we use and sell in our Spa.
  • The ability to be on time to all appointments that are scheduled and to shifts that you are scheduled to work.
  • Ability to perform treatments on poolside lounge chairs

What you bring
  • Massage therapy license for the state of California required.
  • High school diploma and one to two years previous massage therapy experience preferred.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • The ability to recognize repeat guests by name who visit the Spa/Pool.
  • The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests.
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
