Job Overview:
At Ledge, we believe outdoor spaces are not just extensions of the home-they're living works of art. As pioneers in the premium in-pool and poolside product design space, our mission is simple yet powerful: to help our customers manifest their identity by elevating their approach to outdoor living.
The Account Executive (AE) manages a defined portfolio of accounts that have generated $10,000 to $50,000 in sales over the past three years. This role combines relationship management, consultative selling, proactive outreach, and product expertise to expand revenue within the mid-tier customer base.
AEs partner closely with SDRs, Senior Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to create an exceptional customer experience and support long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management & Growth
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts valued at $10K-$50K in 3-year sales
  • Build strong customer relationships through consistent outreach
  • Re-engage dormant accounts to drive reorders
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

2. Sales Execution
  • Recommend products based on customer needs
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and order guidance
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and sales forecasting
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with SDRs on warm handoffs
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Executives on high-growth accounts
