Serrano Country Club is seeking an energetic and service-oriented Pool Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team for the pool season. This position is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to members and guests while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and fun poolside atmosphere.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced outdoor environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests at the pool bar.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service while maintaining professionalism in a lively pool environment.
  • Accurately enter and process orders using the POS system.
