Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 3 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >90 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Baystate Health.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Preferred skills/experience: Preferred: 1 Year in a Level 1 ICU – otherwise 2 Years. Preferred experience in MICU setting.

Shift & schedule requirements: Will accommodate 48hr contracts.

Floating requirements: Will float to Medical HVCC, SICU and IMC.

Unit and facility details: Medical Intensive Care & Neuro Critical Care Units. We are a 32 bed Medical ICU that also is licensed for Neuro Critical Care patients.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 12 months
