Service & Maintenance Technician Fairport, NY

Design Pool & Spa is seeking motivated, organized Service & Maintenance Technicians to support our high-volume pool and spa service and repair operations. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity with a clear path for year round full-time employment and growth for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability.

We are looking for individuals with strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Service & Maintenance Technician Profile

Mechanical ability or willingness to learn

Strong problem-solving skills

Effective communication and organizational skills

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Ability to take direction and adapt to changing tasks

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Enjoys working outdoors in a hands-on environment

Commitment to safety at all times

Valid NYS Driver’s License required

Prior service technician experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities

Perform pool openings and closings

Complete physically demanding tasks in a safe and efficient manner

Troubleshoot equipment and system issues

Test and adjust water chemistry
