Baptist Hospital is hiring aFloat Pool Manager for Baptist Primary Care located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday through Friday.

As the Float Pool Manager, you will serve as first line leadership for clinical and front desk team members working in flex pool supporting BPE practices. The manager is responsible for hiring, onboarding, scheduling and performance planning for the flex team members. The manager works collaborative with Baptist Health departments in hiring and onboarding team members and works collaboratively with the BPE practices in sourcing temporary staff to cover vacancies in the practice.

Float Pool Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Being knowledgeable of Baptist Human Resources policies and application in the management of the team

  • Serves as a coach and mentor to the flex team.

  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills and responds timely to requests.

  • Supports other physician practice projects as needed

  • Assists in directly supporting practices when the need arises and schedule permits.

  • Local travel to the physician practices may be required from time to time
