We are a growing pool service company in the Greater New Orleans area (New Orleans, Gretna, Harvey, Belle Chasse, Kenner, Metairie, & more) so there is opportunity for growth and advancement within the company for the right person. Duties

  • Conduct regular pool inspections to assess water quality, chemical levels, and overall condition.
  • Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, brushing surfaces, and vacuuming.
  • Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and timers using hand tools and power tools.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot plumbing systems related to pool operation to prevent leaks or malfunctions.
  • Replace or repair faulty parts to ensure continuous operation of pool systems.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for each job.
  • Follow safety protocols during all maintenance procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
  • The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

Experience

  • No experience required but preferred. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a great personality.
  • Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and small equipment for repairs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Prior experience working with service management software or maintenance logs is a plus (preferred).
