Schedule

• Part-time
• Saturdays & Sundays
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Remote (Work From Home)

What You'll Do

• Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers.
• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy.
• Schedule appointments and direct calls to the appropriate team.
• Help customers with questions about our services.
• Enter accurate notes into our CRM.
• Support our franchise partners by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Turn every conversation into a positive experience.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Spanish is a huge asset, but not required.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Headset with microphone preferred.
