Description
We are seeking a reliable and attentive Seasonal Pool Monitor to help ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for residents and guests at our community pool. This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, customer-focused, and enjoy working outdoors during the summer season.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor pool area to ensure compliance with all community rules and safety guidelines
  • Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check resident credentials and enforce guest policies
  • Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or incidents promptly
  • Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations and follow proper procedures
  • Ensure pool capacity limits are observed, if applicable
  • Use proper safety precautions at all times
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders to various heights may be required
  • Help at other properties when deemed necessary
  • May be asked to assist Maintenance and/or Manager with other jobs as deemed necessary by management

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in customer service, security, or pool monitoring is a plus

Requirements
Must exhibit attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, cooperation, dependability, a concern for others, integrity, self control, stress tolerance, good communication skills, active listening, sound decision making ability and initiative to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Must be able to present a valid driver's license.
