Seasonal Pool Monitor
We are seeking a reliable and attentive seasonal pool monitor to help ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for residents and guests at our community pool. This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, customer-focused, and enjoy working outdoors during the summer season. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring pool area to ensure compliance with all community rules and safety guidelines
- Greeting residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Checking resident credentials and enforcing guest policies
- Maintaining cleanliness of pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas
- Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or incidents promptly
- Responding calmly and effectively in emergency situations and following proper procedures
- Ensuring pool capacity limits are observed, if applicable
- Using proper safety precautions at all times
- Lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders to various heights may be required
- Helping at other properties when deemed necessary
- May be asked to assist Maintenance and/or Manager with other jobs as deemed necessary by management
Qualifications include:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods
