Seasonal Pool Attendant
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: May 24 - September 27
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week - weekdays (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
We're looking for a reliable and responsible individual to manage the daily operations of our community pool during the summer season. This role includes opening, monitoring, and closing duties to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for residents.
Responsibilities:
  • Open and close the pool area daily
  • Clean and restock bathrooms
  • Check and report pool water pH levels
  • Skim the pool surface to remove debris
  • Set up and take down umbrellas
  • Straighten and organize pool furniture
  • Check pool passes and ensure all residents sign in
  • Keep the pool deck clean and free of trash
  • Water plants on the pool deck
  • Secure tools when not in use
  • Monitor resident behavior on the pool deck and in the pool; address any conduct violations
  • Note service requests and supply needs
  • Immediately report emergency maintenance issues to the service manager or next available staff member
  • In the case of an emergency (e.g., bodily fluids, blood, vomit, in the pool or poor visibility), clear the pool and contact staff immediately
