About the Role
The Lake Club is a premier private country club in Poland, Ohio. We are seeking a polished professional who can operate as a concierge and fulfill the role of a Locker Room Attendant. Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Warmly receive, greet, and assist members and guests; take and deliver phone messages as needed.
  • Locker Management: Issue lockers, keys, and towels; maintain an accurate list of occupied lockers and provide billing details to the accounting office.
  • Tournament Support: Coordinate and assign lockers for guests during golf tournaments.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels for supplies (shampoo, body wash, razors, mouthwash, and linens); coordinate with the purchasing department for orders.
  • Facility Maintenance: Inspect the locker area daily to ensure impeccable appearance, cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
  • Operations amp; Laundry: Transport towels to and from the laundry area; complete tasks assigned by the Director of Golf.
  • Safety amp; Compliance: Enforce established club rules, regulations, and policies; ensure all safety, accident, and emergency procedures are strictly followed.
