The Difference You Will Make
The Volleyball Coordinator is responsible for managing the league operations for players, residents, guests, and site team operations. The individual will manage scheduling for the leagues and assist with team communication, equipment installs and management, and league prizes.
What You'll Bring:
  • Create schedules across 8 Goat locations in 4 states for all active leagues.
  • Manages daily functions for the league and teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build relationships with site Team Members, players, guests, residents within the communities. Communicate and work on scheduling adjustments, cancellations, etc. as needed
  • Observe, assess and assist during league play to support games, making sure events are successful for everyone involved.
  • Monitor volleyball league operations with site management to ensure professional, appropriate, and fun play.
  • Direct and enforce volleyball league rules, policies and guidelines are always followed.
  • Partner with Community Leaders to actively maintain upkeep of equipment and materials at site.
  • Support and help to bring in new business, book teams, and promote league play / sign-ups as necessary.
  • Attend site specific meetings as it pertains to volleyball and operational efficiency of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
At least one (1) year of related customer experience is required.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand and walk during entire shift, as well as continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe and occasionally lift over twenty-five (25) pounds.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to direct sun outdoors, water, pool chemicals, sand and uneven terrain and weather elements.
Location and Travel: Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
