Job description

Are you ready to bring your technical expertise to the cutting edge of the pool industry?  At Lehmann Pools & Spas, we’ve spent a century defining 'white-glove' service. We’re looking for a lead technician who wants to be compensated for their expertise ($30–$40/hr) and work on the most sophisticated water features in the region. 
This is a hands-on, seasonal role that offers significant overtime opportunities (including Saturdays) during our peak Spring and Fall seasons.
What You’ll Do

  • Diagnostics & Repair: Installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and commercial pool, spa, and related equipment.
  • Automation: Program and diagnose advanced control systems and automation.
  • Maintenance: Conduct leak detection/pressure testing.
  • Client Relations: Maintain professional, clear communication with our clientele and management team.
     
Basic Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Pool Service Technician.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in pool plumbing, basic electrical, and equipment installation.
  • Reliability: A clean driver’s license is required.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CST, CPO, or NPC Start-Up Technician certifications are a major plus.
Job Type: Full-time
 Overtime as needed
Starting Pay: $30-$40 per hour (Hourly rate is based on experience & skill level)
