Job description

Job Type: Fulltime


The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations of multiple branches within their assigned region to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.


Territory of Responsibility: Atlanta, GA, Concord, NC & Nashville TN


Compensation commensurate with experience

  • Pool industry experience required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
  • Must be willing to travel, occasionally may require overnight stay.
  • Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
  • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
  • Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
  • Organize and implement training programs for staff in your assigned region.
  • Recruiting, training, and supporting the branch managers
  • Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
  • Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations.
  • Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
