Job Overview:

WildPack Beverage is hiring a full-time hourly permanent Machine Operator for our Production Team at our brand-new facilities located in Baltimore, MD.  At WildPack, we pride ourselves on the company culture we have and the fun and friendly environment that we work in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product transfers and filtration from one piece of the production equipment to brite tanks
  • Perform quality checks both in the mixing vessels and brite tanks to ensure specifications are met as directed by the brand/recipe
  • Fill and package cans on our canning lines
  • Run all manufacturing equipment (depalletizer, filler, cartoner, case packer, bundler, and palletizer)
  • Perform Clean in Place (CIP) procedures on our equipment
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on canning line equipment
  • Inspects primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging components, codes, and products to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications
  • Reports or records production and non-production data on designated forms in a timely, complete, and accurate manner
  • Ensure packaging is ready for production
  • Put together boxes/trays for cans to be shipped
  • Ensure manufacturing orders are completed and properly packaged
  • Stack pallets of cans to be shipped out
  • Maintain clean environment
  • Prioritize safety and quality
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve and prioritize assignments
  • Work in a team environment to ensure all goals are met

 

Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Strong planning, cleaning and organizational skills
  • Forklift operation experience would be a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Must be able to move and maneuver 100+lbs, stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, twist and crouch repeatedly while working in a loud, fast paced environment.
