Description
The City of Plymouth is currently hiring a Pool Operations Site Supervisor to oversee early morning operations at Wayzata East Middle School Pools - a perfect opportunity to give back, stay engaged, and support a healthy, safe community environment.
Schedule
Weekday early mornings, with optional daytime or evening hours, depending upon your availability.

Essential Functions
  • Open and close the facility, including setup and teardown
  • Greet patrons and create a welcoming, community-centered environment
  • Lifeguard during morning swim sessions
  • Monitor the facility for safety and maintenance needs
  • Be ready to respond in case of an emergency and accurately document incidents
  • Communicate with staff, supervisors, and patrons to keep everything running smoothly

Qualifications
  • Age 18+ by your start date
  • Current Lifeguard Certification
  • Experience as a swim instructor
  • A positive, dependable team player who communicates well
