We continue to grow and are seeking a seasonal Swimming Pool Technician to join our team. This position is responsible to assist in closing swimming pools and installing safety covers. Full time or part time positions are available.
The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a person with initiative who has the ability to work as part of a team. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "resort-quality service" and providing superior value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:
  • Show up each day on time and ready to work;
  • Learn swimming pool Opening and closing process;
  • Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
  • The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
  • The ability to utilize a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
  • The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office
  • Complete assigned tasks properly and efficiently;
  • Show initiative in completing assigned tasks;

Requirements:
Requirements for this position are that you have:
(1) the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
(2) present a neat, clean personal appearance on a daily basis.
Highly desired that applicant have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
No other specific experience is required as we will teach you the ASP methods designed to give our customers a great looking pool and to maximize your earning potential; however, a high school degree and swimming pool work experience is preferred
Bonus:
An employee that completes the period of employment through November 30th, 2019 with satisfactory daily attendance and work performance will receive a $500 bonus at the end of the work period on their final paycheck.
