Job description

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Team Member to help maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of our hotel and indoor waterpark facilities. This role supports the day-to-day upkeep of the property while helping ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for guests and team members alike.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, takes pride in their work, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What Youโ€™ll DoFacility & Building Maintenance
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and exterior grounds.

  • Assist with plumbing, electrical, lighting, painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repair tasks.

  • Complete preventative maintenance assignments and work orders in a timely manner.

  • Help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

  • Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.

Indoor Waterpark Support
  • Assist with monitoring waterpark systems, including pumps, filtration systems, and pool equipment.

  • Help maintain proper pool chemistry in accordance with company standards and health regulations.

  • Inspect aquatic features and report maintenance or safety concerns.

  • Support waterpark operations to ensure attractions remain safe and operational.

HVAC & Mechanical Support
  • Assist with routine maintenance of HVAC, boilers, water heaters, and mechanical systems.

  • Help monitor dehumidification and ventilation systems throughout the facility.

Safety & Compliance
  • Follow OSHA, fire safety, pool safety, and company maintenance procedures.

  • Properly handle and store maintenance supplies and pool chemicals.

What Weโ€™re Looking For
