Swimming Pool Service Technician

Cedar Rapids, IA | Full-Time

Pool Tech is growing and looking for motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic to join our Service Team. Whether your background is in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, equipment repair, automotive service, military service, or another skilled trade, we want to talk with you.

Pool industry experience is a plus but not required, as we provide professional training and certification.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform pool openings, closings, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other equipment
  • Test and balance pool water chemistry
  • Work with both residential and commercial aquatic facilities
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Work independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of work experience or technical/trade training
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
