Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an AWS Engineer with a TS/SCI security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA. This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days telework). Kadiak, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Intermediate Developer to join our team supporting mission-critical operations for our government customer. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cloud platforms, automation tools, and infrastructure as code, with a passion for problem-solving and delivering efficient solutions to support existing IT application software on Unclassified, Secret and Top Secret enclaves. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: * Design, implement, and maintain automation code responsible for integration and delivery processes * Knowledge of IT architectures, processes, and best practices * Work with system architects and developers to maintain and improve the automated solutions (e.g. Lambdas, Step Functions, internal applications) * Focus on creating and maintaining automation scripts for repeatable tasks * Research and implement new tools/libraries to solve problems. Required Skills and Competencies: * 3+ years experience with Python or Typescript/Javascript * Experience integrating multiple 3rd party libraries together * Experience being in a continuous integration and continuous deployment process * Understanding of security vulnerabilities/compliance * Understanding of basic web application architecture Additional Requirements: * 2+ years related experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure. * Experience with AWS (e.g., CloudFormation, Lambda, Step Functions, SDK/boto3) * Experience in continuous integration technology (e.g. GitLab, GitHub, Azure Devops) * Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance with Poly * Ability to work on-site in Vienna, VA (3 days per week) * Experience with AWS cloud environments * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong documentation and communication abilities Education: * Bachelor's degree in related field Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy The company is an equal opportunity employer.
