Job description

Looking for two team members to work together on our bagging line. Each member will learn the two main components of the job and be able to work interchangeably as a dynamic duo.

Members must be able to:

  • Work without oversite
  • Be willing to work as part of a team
  • Feel comfortable problem solving
  • Work safely in an industrial environment
  • Strive to optimize and maximize production
  • Follow directions and communicate effectively with members of team and management
  • Be able to operate a fork lift. (Willing to train the right person)
  • Lift 50 lbs.
  • Stand for 3-4 hours at a time
  • Be in an environment with hay and dust

Job Includes:

  • The use of hand tools, fork lifts and stationary industrial equipment
  • Monitoring machinery and making adjustments as needed
  • Following recipes and coordinating orders
  • Maintaining inventory of raw material and supplies needed for end-product
  • Following quality control guidelines
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting during shift
  • Communicating with other shifts and office staff
  • Following a production schedule

Day and Night positions available but should be willing to work nights/second shift if/when needed.

Pay dependent on experience, work ethic and showing you can take initiative and ownership of position while fulfilling the above criteria.

Time and a half for over-time. Shift differential for night shift.
