Job description

ABR is recruiting 1st and 2nd shift Machine Operators for a family-friendly company in Stevens Point with a great culture!
1st shift is Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm
2nd shift is Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 11:30pm
Starting wage is $18.00 per hour, but will go up based on performance.
What You'll Do
As an Operator you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient operation of cutting, folding, inserting and poly bagging equipment used in the production of direct mail marketing materials. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that equipment is running smoothly, tasks are completed on time, and products are delivered to clients at the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor computerized production equipment at high speeds.
  • Perform regular checks on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret work instructions, manuals, and safety protocols.
  • Handle materials and assembly tasks with precision and care. 
  • Document production processes and perform basic math calculations.
  • Stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 30lbs of materials.
  • Volunteer for occasional overtime based on business needs.
