HELP US CUT WITH PRECISION AND BUILD WITH PURPOSE.

POLYWOOD is looking for a Pathfinder Operator who enjoys hands-on, technical work and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality materials. In this role, you'll operate our automated fabric cutting system to ensure our sewing and upholstery teams receive clean, consistent parts that keep production moving.

  • 1st shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00am - 2:30p, starting at $18.00/h
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Paid weekly. Every Thursday!

What You'll Do
  • Operate the Automated Fabric Cutting Pathfinder, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient cutting of materials
  • Load fabric rolls onto the cutting table and align materials for optimal layout and minimal waste
  • Review cutting files and programs based on production schedules and part requirements
  • Monitor the machine during operation and perform regular quality checks on cut pieces
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the cutter (e.g., blade checks, calibration, alignment)
  • Organize and label cut parts for delivery to the sewing or upholstery teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized cutting area and follow safety protocols

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret patterns or digital cut files
