RCS is the country's first full-service X-ray garment solutions provider. For the past ten years we have been servicing healthcare networks by cleaning, disinfecting, repairing, X-ray scanning, and selling X-ray garments.
RCS is a fast growing, exciting company headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. We're looking for a customer-focused professional to coordinate all service activities with our customers across the United States.
Position Overview
The successful candidate is a highly organized and motivatedFulfillment Specialist who is passionate about customer experience and quality order fulfillment. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for all day-to-day receipt to shipment of new equipment sales of x-ray garments for hospitals. The Fulfillment Specialist is the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all new equipment service-related details. This role approaches each day with a solution-focused mindset that aims to provide quick and quality service for the customer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and execute new equipment fulfillment and related services
  • Maintain accurate and timely Service Order Case tickets, documenting all completed work
  • Serve as the primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders for all new equipment and RMA-related details
  • Manage escalated issues by identifying root causes and delivering timely, customer-focused solutions
  • Assist customers with inventory management system (RadComply) questions and issues
  • Assist with managing the Fulfillment Inbox , ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer and internal inquiries
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date case records in Salesforce

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, logistics, or service operations (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated success connecting and communicating effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems, strong preference for Salesforce experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication style, both written and verbal

  • Work is performed primarily in an office building and warehouse.
  • Exposure to noise, dust, and hazardous materials may occur as part of normal operations.
