Job description

To better serve our customers in the rapidly changing political advertising environment, the TelevisaUnivision Political and Advocacy team has embarked on an ambitious and exciting mission to position ourselves as an integral resource to political advertisers, marketers, and partners by connecting them with Hispanic voters.

As the Political Compliance Analyst, you will ensure strict adherence to FCC political advertising regulations. You will collaborate with legal counsel, train and support local market stakeholders, and oversee compliance across all political advertising activities. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong regulatory expertise, and a passion for guiding teams toward operational excellence.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Oversee political advertising FCC compliance requirements, partnering with local markets to ensure adherence to FCC policy and reduce non-compliance incidents.
  • Manage and enforce compliance protocols by training, orienting, and guiding local market stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to strengthen stakeholders' knowledge of FCC requirements.
  • Monitor, document, and report compliance activities to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Research and provide race updates on competitive landscape on internal trackers.
  • Maintain and update internal stakeholders with weekly race developments.
  • Write candidate and state-of-the-race analyses, and help anticipate future opportunities
  • Provide support to marketing efforts on an ad-hoc basis

YOU HAVE

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Political Science, or a related field
  • Knowledge of FCC political advertising regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and training skills with a proven track record of improving compliance performance.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in political advertising, broadcast media, or regulated communications industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory guidance and apply it to business practices.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in compliance tracking systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be willing to work from an office in Washington DC or Miami, FL
  • Employment/education will be verified.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location: Base pay Range $53,000 - 72,000 + benefits
