About the Role:
Are you looking to build experience working in the political space? This is a great opportunity to get exposure working with a variety of high profile political/public affairs clients at the federal, state, local levels!

As a Political Account Coordinator on our Customer Success team, you'll gain experience helping our customers plan, activate, and measure their video advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our agency customers representing candidates, PACs, and advocacy groups to ensure media buys are executed to meet and surpass goals. This is a great opportunity to make connections and learn the ins-and-outs of political media strategy as well as the political media buying industry as a whole.

*Contract commitment for this role is through end of 2026 in support of the 2026 election cycle with opportunity to join our team as a full time salaried employee with benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Managers to field incoming customer requests related to digital/CTV campaign planning and activation
  • Support customer strategy by preparing audience insights data from our proprietary cross-channel media planning software platform
  • Prepare weekly performance reports
  • Work closely with our Advertising Operations team to monitor digital/CTV campaign performance

  • Possess a self-starter mentality
  • Beginner-intermediate experience with Excel
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Nice to be: local to the DC area or willing to relocate - this is a hybrid role, remote with 1 expected day per week in person at our office in Old Town Alexandria.
  • Nice to have: background in political, TV or digital advertising experience
