This role supports two Partners and a Managing Director with all aspects of their daily schedules. Responsibilities
  • Scheduling Partners and Managing Director's calendars and organizing international and domestic travel
  • Organizing client and internal meetings including setting up meeting space, creating presentations, drafting agendas, writing memos, and organizing meeting materials
  • Owning pieces of research projects that will inform client work such as media monitoring, including broadcast, print, online and digital.
  • Supporting client relationship management, including organizing calls and managing the workflow with the client and team.
  • Developing ability to support the paid media process through drafting briefs, working with vendors, and managing work flow. 
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting an executive through prior work as an Executive Assistant or Scheduler or experience working on a political campaign
  • Strong writing and research skills with thorough knowledge of AP Style.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and passion for political campaigns and political advertising 
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing landscapes and to work well under pressure
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and handle competing deadlines.
BenefitsSKDK is committed to pay equity. SKDK believes the target base compensation in this role is $68,000-$75,000. In addition to base salary, SKDK considers other key components as part of total compensation, including but not limited to an annual discretionary bonus, commission on new business, and a comprehensive benefits package.
