About the job you're considering

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Teamcenter PLM Solutions to lead the design and implementation of integrated PLM solutions. This role is responsible for defining scalable architecture connecting quality processes(to lead the design and implementation of Quality module solutions (APQP, CAPA, Quality Hub, Supplier Connect), product configuration, and digital thread, ensuring end-to-end traceability from requirements through manufacturing and service.

Your Role

  • Architecture & Solution Design
    Define architecture for: 
    Teamcenter Quality modules (Non-Conformance, CAPA, Audit, FMEA integration)
    Design integrated solutions linking: 
    Configurable product structures with quality processes and compliance
    Develop architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns
  • Teamcenter Quality Architecture
    Architect Teamcenter Quality solutions including: 
    Non-Conformance Management (NCM)
    Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
    Audit Management
    Supplier Quality & Issue tracking
    Design integration of quality processes with: 
    Product structure (BOM)
    Change management workflows (ECR/ECO)
    Enable closed-loop quality by linking field issues to design/configuration
  • Integration & Digital Thread
    Define integration strategy across: 
    CAD (NX, CATIA, Creo)
    ERP (SAP, Oracle)
    MES / Manufacturing systems
    Quality systems (internal/external)
    Ensure seamless traceability between: 
    Product configuration Manufacturing Quality Service
    Implement integrations using: 
    SOA / REST APIs
    Event-driven architecture
  • Customization & Technical Oversight
    Provide governance for: 
    BMIDE data model
    Configuration & quality object extensions
    Guide development using: 
    ITK, SOA, Active Workspace (AWC)
    Ensure balance between: 
    Out-of-the-box features vs. customization
  • Program & Delivery Leadership
    Lead end-to-end implementation programs across: 
    Teamcenter quality module capabilities
    Define roadmap for: 
    Digital quality transformation
    Mentor team members and provide architectural leadership
  • Governance & Compliance
    Establish governance for: 
    Quality processes and regulatory compliance (ISO, AS9100, IATF 16949)
    Ensure audit-ready systems with complete traceability
  • Validation & Performance
    Define validation strategies for: 
    Quality workflows and data accuracy
    Optimize system performance for: 
    High transaction quality processes

Your Skills and Experience

Technical Expertise

  • 15-18+ years of experience in PLM implementations
  • 3+ years in: 
    Teamcenter Quality (QMS modules)
    Deep understanding of: 
    Quality processes (NCM, CAPA, audits)
    BOM management (EBOM/MBOM)
    Variant conditions, effectivity, and occurrence management

Strong expertise in:

  • BMIDE (data modeling and extensions)
  • AWC Configurations
  • ITK/SOA APIs

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $88,544 - $207,401/Year

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
