Position Summary:

The Growth Marketing Manager is a strategic leader who bridges business strategy with campaign execution to drive commercial revenue. Directing a dedicated team of specialists across the end-to-end customer lifecycle, this role translates business goals into multi-channel strategies that accelerate acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value. This leader harnesses our data to continuously optimize engagement touchpoints, driving re-order velocity and expanding share-of-wallet. Partnering closely with Marketing Operations, this leader leverages our MarTech stack, AI tooling, and enterprise platforms to accelerate campaign execution, experimentation, and scale growth.

What you will do:

Strategic Product Marketing & Growth Engine Execution:

Direct overarching product marketing, positioning, and organic/paid growth strategies-spanning SEO, AI Engine Optimization (AEO/AIO), lead generation, and landing page UX. Build and govern a structured, hypothesis-driven A/B testing framework to continuously optimize multi-channel conversion and campaign velocity.

Customer Lifecycle & Retention Strategy:
Drive the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, partnering with Marketing Operations for technical deployment. Direct automated onboarding, retention, win-back, and churn-mitigation campaigns that accelerate re-order velocity and expand Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

Commerce Media & Vendor Partnerships:
Lead the strategic packaging, positioning, and commercial execution of Retail Media Network (RMN) ad inventory, supplier-funded campaigns, and vendor promotional partnerships to unlock new revenue streams.

Technical Leverage & Operational Scaling:
Partner closely with Marketing Operations and team Product Owners to translate commercial strategies into technical requirements. Enforce campaign brief governance, leverage generative AI and automation platforms, and track full-funnel cohort retention metrics to optimize overall platform efficiency

Team Leadership & Scope Governance:
Directly lead, coach, and manage a team of marketing specialists. Establish clear KPIs, focus areas, and operational boundaries across Brand & Acquisition, Commerce Media (Retail Media Network), and Retention pillars.

When you will work:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

  • Hybrid schedule, 4 days in office in Wyoming, MI, 1 day remote

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related is required.

  • Eight years of strategic and executional responsibilities in digital marketing or eCommerce required, including three years leading and developing a digital team.

  • Commercial & Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to connect corporate financial objectives to multi-channel execution, maximizing customer lifetime value and channel yield.

  • Team Leadership & Scope Governance: Strong management skills to coach specialists, manage workload intake, and maintain clear operational boundaries across acquisition, media monetization, and retention.

  • Lifecycle & Retention Mastery: Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, behavioral triggers, segmentation, and re-order velocity models.

  • Data-Driven & Experimental Mindset: Skilled in hypothesis-driven A/B testing methodologies, cohort retention analysis, and measuring campaign ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional partnership skills to interface with Marketing Operations, Product Owners, Analytics teams, and vendor partners.

  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, etc.) for automated lifecycle messaging and journey orchestration.

  • Analytics: Reporting suites to evaluate behavioral patterns, cohort performance, and full-funnel attribution.

  • Generative AI & Productivity Tools: AI tools and automation utilities used to accelerate copy iteration, creative testing, and campaign execution speed.

  • Digital Ad & Commerce Platforms: Paid ad managers (Meta, Google), Retail Media Network ad packaging tools, and landing page UX platforms.
