• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique situation, employing appropriate modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and narrative therapy.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy systems to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring access for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including supervision and training workshops, to enhance skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance caseload effectively.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling services.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competency.
