Job description

The Opportunity

At i360technologies, we are seeking a Project Manager (Key Personnel) to lead implementation of Oracle Projects and Oracle G-Invoicing within a federal client's Financial Management Support System (FMSS). The environment runs Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials Release 12.2.12 in AWS GovCloud (FedRAMP).

This remote role owns the full implementation lifecycle, from kickoff and planning through requirements, configuration, integration, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare. The Project Manager leads governance, schedule, risk, deliverables, and coordination with the client program office and other FMSS contractors; as named key personnel, the selected candidate is expected to remain throughout the period of performance.

What You Will Do
  • Lead kickoff and the full implementation lifecycle; develop the execution-ready Project Management Plan, implementation schedule, governance model, and reporting processes.
  • Own and maintain the Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, and Implementation Schedule, including monthly plan and risk updates, biweekly schedule updates, issue escalation, and compliant deliverable submission to the CO and COR.
  • Coordinate the client program office and FMSS contractors across planned changes, releases, testing, configuration management, status briefings, decisions, risks, and system-availability impacts using government-approved tools.
  • Oversee Oracle Projects configuration for project cost collection, labor and non-labor cost accounting, reimbursable agreements, project billing, and integration with General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and related FMSS components.
  • Oversee Oracle G-Invoicing configuration and Treasury integration for servicing, including GT&C, order and performance transactions, IPAC settlement, interface configuration, and unit, integration, UAT, and Treasury-interface testing.
  • Manage training and knowledge transfer, production readiness and deployment, migration of open GT&Cs and Orders, audit evidence, and hypercare through system stability and user adoption.
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship is required for all personnel assigned to this contract.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience implementing Oracle Projects.
Preferred Experience
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred, but not required.
  • Experience managing federal financial management implementations.
  • Familiarity with Treasury G-Invoicing and intragovernmental buy/sell transactions.

  • Project plans, schedules, governance, risk reporting, and contract deliverables remain current, compliant, and aligned to implementation milestones.
  • Oracle Projects and G-Invoicing are configured, integrated, and tested successfully, with open GT&Cs and Orders migrated and supporting audit evidence maintained.
