Responsibilities:

  • Interact with many business and IT stakeholders from different functional units in driving the data strategy for the organization by aligning program milestones. 
  • Understand and monitor total portfolio (Book of Work) financials and resource allocation
  • Develop Project Life Cycle process & metrics to ensure quality of project delivery
  • Develop Demand management process
  • Develop Project billing methodology and client allocation
  • Facilitate development and maintenance of project business cases and forecasts
  • Access and direct resource management best practice and methodology
  • Provide action plans to mitigate risk and help implement them, when applicable
  • Report and Analyze overall project portfolio health in terms of delivery, financials, risks.
  • Provide senior management portfolio key messages and metrics
  • Develop standards for internal client portfolio/program/project reporting
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Analytical skills, problem solving, good critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Relationship building skills - develop partnerships to drive results
  • Ability to be effective in a global operating environment
  • Experience working across multiple business areas and/ or functions to deliver results
  • Experience in managing large portfolio of projects and resource planning
