Global PMO Analyst
Ontic is a leading global aerospace OEM trusted by the world's aviation leaders. With over 1,300 employees across four time zones and seven sites, we have more than doubled in size since 2019 and continue to grow at pace.
Our team is looking for a Global PMO Analyst to join them. You will report to the Global PMO Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina.
The Global PMO Analyst will be responsible for the development, upkeep and continuous improvement of the Global PMO reporting suite, with Power BI reporting and executive reporting outputs as the primary focus. The role will also identify and apply AI opportunities to improve PMO reporting, data analysis, report commentary and workflow efficiency. A supporting element of the role is the governance, training and data integrity of PMO systems applications, including Planner Premium, Clockify, CRM/Dynamics 365 and related tools, ensuring information is used consistently and reports are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose.
To be considered for the Global PMO Analyst opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • Advanced experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Experience creating executive-level reports and presenting data-driven insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate, interpret, and communicate complex data.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Global PMO Power BI reports, dashboards, and supporting reporting data structures.
  • Produce monthly Project Updates and executive-level reporting outputs, including Power BI-to-PowerPoint reporting packages.
  • Liaise with Finance to obtain, validate, and maintain PMO revenue reporting data.
  • Review customer Power BI reports to ensure governance compliance, data accuracy, and reporting consistency.
  • Support compliance reporting activities and provide actionable insights on project trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist the Global PMO Manager in supporting PMO procedures, reporting disciplines, and data management standards.
  • Identify and implement practical AI solutions to improve PMO reporting, data analysis, workflow efficiency, and decision support.
  • Utilize AI tools responsibly to support data validation, trend analysis, report commentary, summarization, and routine administrative activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop repeatable AI-enabled processes, templates, and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure AI initiatives comply with company policies, data protection requirements, and governance standards.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness and adoption of AI-driven improvements.
  • Maintain governance and consistency across PMO systems, including Planner Premium, Clockify, CRM/Dynamics 365, Cobblestone links, and related applications.
  • Support accurate system data entry, validation, and maintenance to ensure reporting integrity.
  • Provide user training, guidance, and support on PMO systems, processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor system usage and adherence to PMO standards, escalating governance and data quality concerns as necessary.
  • Work cross-functionally with Programs, Contracts, Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure business data aligns with reporting requirements.
  • Support CRM administration activities, including onboarding, data validation, ownership assignment, and Dynamics 365 maintenance.
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders across the business to support PMO objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
