Job description

A leading orthopaedic practice is seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist) to join its expanding musculoskeletal care team in Orange Park, FL. This position focuses on delivering comprehensive non-operative spine and pain management care within a collaborative, patient-focused practice environment.

Position Overview

The Physiatrist will evaluate and treat patients with spine and musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on non-surgical care and interventional pain management. The provider will work closely with orthopaedic surgeons and multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver coordinated care and optimize patient outcomes.

Practice locations are equipped with on-site diagnostic and treatment support including X-ray suites, orthotics services, and musculoskeletal ultrasound, allowing for efficient patient evaluation and treatment planning.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

Completion of Interventional Spine Fellowship

Active Florida medical license or willingness to obtain

Strong interest in collaborative musculoskeletal and spine care
