Job description

All Lines Technology is seeking an IT Technician who is knowledgeable with Windows operating systems. You will be imaging Windows laptops with some manual software installs as well. You will also need to have knowledge of different Windows applications such as Google Docs/Drive.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and servicing hundreds of students and staff school issued devices, both Windows and Apple.
  • Remotely working with faculty and students to resolve device issues.
  • Installed and configured SMART boards.
  • Connecting devices to Azure and monitoring applications installed on school issued devices.
  • Overseeing imaging processes and maintaining up-to-date images.
  • Hardware replacements including motherboards, LED displays, batteries, and hard drives.
Experience:
  • AS/BS degree in Information Management or related field
  • Windows operating system, specifically, Windows 10
  • OS X and iOS knowledge is a plus
  • Imaging Windows laptops using Microsoft Deployment Tools
  • Manual software installs
  • Knowledge of Windows applications such as Google Docs/Drive
