The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of plumbing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise in mechanical and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee plumbing and mechanical system installations for commercial and residential projects.

  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to meet deadlines and cost objectives.

  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality control.

  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
