The Plumbing Project Manager will oversee large teams of 15 or more members, managing a variety of plumbing projects across residential, commercial, and mixed types. This role requires effective coordination of teams, budgets, and schedules while ensuring quality control and compliance with standards. Moderate client interaction and coordiunation with install mangers are required, utilizing specialized project management software including ServiceTitan.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize plumbing projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate large teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication
  • Manage project budgets and allocate resources appropriately
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to compliance standards
  • Maintain moderate communication with clients to manage expectations
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles
  • Track job phase and progress billing
  • Utilize specialized software, including ServiceTitan, for project management
