Job title: Licensed Plumbing Qualifier
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $80,000 w/ room to grow.

Role Summary
Puragain Water is seeking an experienced, Nevada-licensed plumbing professional to serve as the company's Licensed Plumbing Qualifier in the state of Nevada. This role fulfills Nevada's requirement for a licensed qualifying individual who provides oversight, supervision, and compliance accountability for plumbing operations performed by the company.
This is not a daily field plumbing role. The position is primarily compliance- and oversight-focused, with optional hands-on or management involvement available for increased compensation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the licensed qualifying individual for Puragain Water's plumbing operations in Nevada
  • Provide supervisory oversight consistent with Nevada contractor licensing requirements
  • Participate in permit and inspection processes as required
  • Review completed and in-progress installations through the company's CRM system
  • Ensure plumbing installations comply with applicable Nevada codes and standards
  • Provide compliance guidance and professional direction to operations and installation teams
  • Optional: perform plumbing work, training, or operational support for additional compensation

Preferred Qualifications
  • Based in or near the Las Vegas area (preferred)
  • Prior experience acting as a qualifying individual or responsible managing plumber
  • Familiarity with Nevada permitting, inspection, and compliance processes
  • Comfortable working with digital systems and remote installation review
  • Willingness to take on additional oversight or field involvement if desired
