Infosys is seeking a Senior Windchill System Administrator. In this role the individual is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of PTC Windchill systems. This role supports enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives and ensures the system's stability, performance, and security across engineering and manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institutionin Mechanical / Computer Science/ Information Systems Management or related
field required. . Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
4+ years of experience in Windchill System Administration
PTC Windchill Senior System Administrator with experience in Configuration, Support and system business administrations
Good experience in Windchill system and business administration
Experience in Support, Windchill update and Upgrade as admin
Experience with creating workflows and lifecycles
Experience in vaulting replica Configuration
Good knowledge on Windchill visualization services
Experience in working with Windchill Workgoup Manager
Experience with rehost/cloning
Sound knowledge on CAD, BOM and Change Management
Good knowledge on Windchill cluster
Good knowledge on Business scenarios
Familiar with Windchill ProjectLink, PartsLink modules
Good knowledge on Quality Management, System Risk Management
Experience in Windchill 11.x
Participate in a DevOps culture including supporting CI/CD, the development and maintenance of a robust and reliable build pipeline and appropriate automated testing for product team functionality.
Good understanding of Middleware and Windchill integration with enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and MES.
Experience with CAD systems such as SolidWorks, CREO, AutoCAD, CATIA and their integration with Windchill
Experience in Windchill Configurations
Experience in developing and debugging using IDEs Eclipse and similar
Database Experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, as the role may involve combination of regular shifts and off shift support needs as they arise

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Windchill 12.x
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Knowledge on Windchill API s and Data structure
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $73,000 to $102,200.
In Washington, DC: $66,100 to $100,200
