Rôle et responsabilités :

Sous la supervision du directeur d’usine, le/la programmeur(se) et opérateur(trice) de robot soudeur assure la conduite, la programmation et la surveillance des robots de soudage. Il/elle joue un rôle clé dans le maintien de la qualité, de la sécurité et de la productivité au sein de la division Alco-TMI Fabrication, tout en contribuant à l’optimisation des procédés robotisés.

Le candidat sera notamment appelé à :

  • Programmer, ajuster et optimiser les robots soudeurs;
  • Préparer les pièces et assurer leur conformité pour le soudage robotisé;
  • Lancer, surveiller et optimiser les cycles de production;
  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes techniques et assurer la maintenance des équipements;
  • Contrôler la qualité des soudures et effectuer les retouches au besoin;
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue et au développement des procédés robotisés;
  • Former et soutenir le personnel dans l'opération des cellules robotisées;
  • Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité, de qualité et de production;
  • Effectuer, au besoin, toutes autres tâches connexes.

Qualification :

  • DEP en soudage-montage ou DEC en génie mécanique ou génie industriel ou tout autre programme connexe;
  • Certification de programmeur et/ou d'opérateur de robots soudeurs (un atout);
  • Expérience pertinente en programmation et opération de robots soudeurs ;
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques ;
  • Bonne compréhension des paramètres de soudage et optimisation de trajectoires ;
