Job description

We are seeking a PLC Programmer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Allen Bradley (Rockwell) PLC programming within industrial/manufacturing environments.
*****Prefer local candidates in Michigan, willing to start in 1 week*****
Key Responsibilities:
Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix / CompactLogix)
Work with RSLogix / Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk / Automation Connection
Support production line automation, including HMIs, sensors, and drives
Diagnose and resolve PLC, electrical, and control system issues on the shop floor
Assist with system integration, testing, and commissioning
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of Allen Bradley PLC programming experience (must-have)
Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems in manufacturing
Experience with HMI, VFDs, I/O, and electrical troubleshooting
Familiarity with Automation Connection / FactoryTalk tools
Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineering, or Automation
Nice to Have:
Experience working in automotive or industrial production environments
Exposure to ladder logic, structured text, and panel wiring
