Job Title: Robotics Technician (Integration / Installation)
Location: Novi, Michigan (Travel Required)
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Robotics Technicians and Joining Specialists to support a major integration and installation project. Work will begin at a facility in Novi, Michigan for integration activities, followed by installation support at a production plants.
The project involves Fanuc robotic systems with applications in Material Handling (MH), Fastening, Fanuc 3DV Vision, and Tool Changers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with integration and setup of robotic systems and automation equipment.
  • Support mechanical and electrical installation of tooling, robotics, and automation cells.
  • Perform robot programming, testing, and troubleshooting on Fanuc platforms.
  • Utilize 3DV vision systems, fastening tools, and tool changers to ensure proper integration.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and joining specialists to verify process accuracy and system performance.
  • Support installation, debug, and commissioning of robotic equipment through final handoff.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and follow all safety/quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with robotic integration, installation, or commissioning (Fanuc preferred).
